Shipping Details

 All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

 

 Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are ONLY shipped on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursdays. After processing, orders are usually shipped on the next shipment day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, please expect delays such as those caused by Covid-19, USPS increased package volume during holidays, or inclement weather conditions and note that it may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

 

Shipping Rates

There is a standard shipping rate of $4.50 for products weighing less than a pound and a price of $8.50 for products weighing over a pound. Note: Price may increase depending on the destination. We suggest selecting local pickup at checkout to avoid shipping costs if you're in the local or surrounding areas.

Rates are subject to change. Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Pick-Up Times

Pick-up times will only be on Wednesday's from 5pm-6pm & Saturdays from 11am-12pm. Upon arrival, Text “here” along with your name, and order number to 337-381-3153. Allow 2-5 minutes for order to be delivered to your vehicle. If neither of these times will work for you, please email us at info@joyousscents.com to discuss alternate pick-up time. Please be sure to have confirmation number upon arrival.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within one hour. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

 

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. 

 If your order arrives damaged, you can file a claim with USPS or reach out to us so that we can further assist you with an exchange to make it right. 

Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process.
